Lumini is enchanted area with the extension of green meadows surrounded by woods and ancient chestnut woods; its name derives from the presence, in ancient times, of packs of wolves kept away with fires that, at night, seemed like lights.

Particularly interesting is the historic center of the small village, in recent times the subject of a conservative restoration particularly respectful of the local building type.
The parish church, built in 1724 and dedicated to San Luigi, whose statue is revered inside the temple, deserves special mention.

And still many other ways to live Lumini! Many events are organized during the year: the popular ones in the main square of the town, while the cultural ones are held in the evocative small squares of the districts during the summer.
